Our new system is equipped with both optical measurement data acquisition and a tactile system. This mobile system allows highly complex components to be measured even during production.  

For many years, Jung & Co. has used 3D measuring technology for monitoring processes and correcting them where required. This technology will also help in the future with monitoring complex design requirements. In certain cases, however, this technology reaches its limits during use. A new measuring system with optical measurement data acquisition and a tactile system will make it possible for us to measure components with a high level of precision in the future across the whole of our production process. The new measuring technology may even be used during machine processing, so that it is now also possible to measure large components without any restrictions. This means that lead times can be reduced and quality optimised.
