The 3D coordinates measuring machine also installed at Jung & Co. now makes it possible for us to utilise the solid model customers have provided for programming as the basis for the requisite measuring program.

This allows us to guarantee that our measuring program fully conforms to your design requirements and we can now reliably check free-form surfaces on complex components, in particular, for compliance with the measuring requirements of designs.

We can measure component parts measuring up to 900x1000x870 mm on our new 3D coordinates measuring machine. The Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S 9108 once again represents a high-quality, future-proof model. The more complex the component parts' design data, the greater is the benefit in using the solid model for 3D measurements.

We can process all common file formats of your solid models. The option to scan free-form surfaces means that we now have the final element for dealing with even the most difficult tactile measuring tasks.
