Strategic quality assurance in the centre of tolerance
For each phase of the production process, in turning, milling or deep-hole drilling as well as in component assembly, Jung & Co. has defined individual strategies for quality assurance. We adapt these, as needed, to the requirements of the different component parts.
Our staff, who are authorised to restamp, ensure the impeccable batch purity of the materials needed for component parts which are subject to monitoring by means of strict controls throughout the manufacturing process.
We use our 3D coordinate measuring machines to measure both complex component parts and free-form surfaces. Here, the volume models provided for CNC programming can also be used as the basis for the measurement programme. At Jung & Co. we have also installed a 3D measuring machine in Production which means we can perform in-process measurements at any time. We can measure component parts up to 900x1000x870 mm.
At Jung & Co. we can also boast an extensive variety of measurement technology and testing equipment which means that Production can manufacture and test special component parts, e.g. parts with special threads, within short time frames. Measurements for surface roughness can be taken both in concave and convex contours.
With every test process and its accompanying quality assurance measures we are following our aim to efficiently manufacture precise component parts whose final quality lies in the centre of tolerance. You can find an overview of our certificates and authorisations here.
